The Allied Arts Auxiliary is a volunteer organization whose purpose is providing support for the benefit of the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and for the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children.
The membership is comprised of women who enjoy giving their time working at Allied Arts Guild, whose profits are donated to the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital for uncompensated care, and to “Tally Ho,” the organization’s annual fundraising event benefiting the special projects of Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.
Through ownership of the Allied Arts Guild, the Allied Arts Auxiliary is proud to say that we are supporting the arts, protecting an historic California landmark and providing support to critically ill children at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.
Members of the auxiliary are required to attend monthly meetings, pay annual dues, work shifts in the Artisan Shop, and support Tally Ho both financially and through participation in committee work. There are 3 categories of membership in the Allied Arts Auxiliary: Active, Sustaining and Provisional.
All new members are Provisionals, sponsored by two existing members, who, for twelve months, participate in auxiliary activities, attend the monthly meetings, work in the Artisan Shop, complete the provisional training program, and participate in Tally Ho. This program is not only enriching and educational, it’s a lot of fun!
